Louise Roe-Courtenay is a Belize-based travel agent professional and co-founder of Zant & Co., where she specializes in designing thoughtful, experience-driven vacations that showcase the very best of Belize.
With a background in hospitality planning and marketing, client relations, and on-the-ground destination coordination, Louise brings a deep understanding of what makes a stay seamless from arrival to departure. She works closely with boutique resorts, private villas, tour operators, and local partners to ensure every itinerary reflects both logistical precision and authentic connection and personally visits all of them herself before ever recommending a place or experience to a guest.

Through Zant & Co., Tanya focuses on driving qualified demand to Belize by creating seamless, well-designed travel experiences that reflect the country’s natural beauty, cultural richness, and commitment to sustainability. Her approach blends local insight with global perspective, helping independent properties gain visibility while delivering personalized journeys for discerning travelers.

Tanya and Louise began their professional journey side by side in Belize’s tourism industry, publishing The 2017 Destination Belize Magazine in partnership with the Belize Tourism Industry Association. From the start, their work focused on telling Belize’s story with authenticity, depth, and strategic purpose.
They later went on to serve as Co-Editors-in-Chief of Caribbean Culture & Lifestyle, an online publication dedicated to showcasing the very best of Belize travel, culture, and hospitality. Through editorial leadership and destination storytelling, they developed a deep understanding of the region’s evolving tourism landscape.
Today, that foundation evolved into Zant & Co., where they combine media expertise, sales strategy, and on-the-ground knowledge to position Belize as a world-class Caribbean destination. Their strength lies in blending strategic thinking with genuine local connection — creating travel experiences that are thoughtful, seamless, and deeply rooted in place.
